It's All About Balance

Some days it’s easy to find balance (especially physically). Life flows, things fall into place, our vibration and frequency keep rising, and we laugh and smile our way through the chaos. Other days, it’s challenging – if not impossible- to find balance. Nothing syncs, everything seems upside down or backwards, and we flail around trying to find our way.

Balance isn’t a destination – it’s a way of being. We can’t ‘find balance’ and then stay there, as it is a moving target.

Seeking balance is an innate ability to see (with heart and soul) what is going on around you, all the while staying in your own lane and using all the resources available to you to stay connected to your heart. It’s an ebb and flow dynamic that is a constant companion through life.

Daily living requires certain things from us. Some of those things can cause anxiety, frustration or anger as they may lead us away from our truth. We feel the disconnect, then some agitation, which can alter our perception and our balanced way of being. This throws us off centre and can cause all sorts of other issues for us.

Finding balance – how do we do it? What aligns with our heart and soul? What brings us joy? What brings us into our strengths and true nature? What allows us to be ourselves? What allows us to feel calm, centred and not needing to prove anything to anyone?

On our journey in life, we need to notice these things. We need to pay attention to things that feel ‘like home’. Only we can figure out and feel our way into balance by determining what complements our life and then implementing ways to spend more time there – doing those things or being in those environments.

With the confusion, corruption and chaos in our world today, it becomes vitally important that each of us find ways to ‘step back’, re-evaluate, not get dragged into the drama and energy-sucking situations, while maintaining our empathy, compassion and understanding. We need to be aware of world events and circumstances that directly affect us – but objectively decide what we are willing to give our energy to – and how we will maintain our humanity. It’s a balance!

So, moving into your day, week or month – what things will you add to your days that uplift you and give you pause? What things will you enjoy that can consistently bring you home to your heart, no matter what is happening around you?

Stay on the path and keep dancing your way back to balance. Get fluid and go with the flow while maintaining your integrity.
