What kind of person are you?
What kind of person are you?
This is not a judgment, nor is it intended to make you change your behaviour. This is an honest question. This is an invitation to do some self-reflection into who you are and who you see yourself as being.
Have you pondered the idea? Have you sat in stillness with the essence of yourself, and wondered about who you are? Have you taken inventory of your amazing, expansive qualities as well as your challenges and areas that need some work?
What kind of friend are you?
What kind of sibling are you?
What kind of partner are you?
Who are you at the core essence of your being?
Do you seek drama? Do you look for stillness and silence? Do you isolate yourself? Do you want interaction with others? Do you yearn for connection? Do you find a balance between the Light and the Darkness in working on your ‘stuff’? Do you believe in yourself? Do you look for adventure? Do you forgive easily? Are you rigid in mind, body & soul?
Sometimes we get caught up in the busyness of life and living and trying to make a living – and we forget to come home to our hearts and listen to the yearnings of our soul.
This is an invitation to do just that.
As we mature, as we heal and grow, we can shift away from the person we once were and evolve into a better version of ourselves. In those shifts, we can grow away from the family and friends that once held tight in our circles. The trick becomes not judging yourself for growing or the other person for following their own journey of growth and healing. We then need to honour both paths, pray for the highest good of all concerned and move away with kindness and love and no guilt.
Many people don’t like change. Some of us thrive on change. Becoming the best version of yourself, wherein you can be resilient in the changes that come, whether it’s you who changes or the other people in your life. You must find a way to ‘let go’ and trust this process of evolution as we each follow our own paths. Clinging to something or someone who has energetically shifted out of our vibration only causes distress and drama. Learn to let go. Learn to trust. Learn to go with the flow of life and focus on your health, happiness and direction.
Become the best version of yourself. Be Your Best. Do Your Best.
