This workshop is an introduction to releasing and working with your Fascial/connective tissue.  It will aid in recognizing physical patterns of holding in your body.

Fascial Release & Yoga Workshops in Charlottetown, PEI

Introduction to Yoga & Fascial Release (4-Hour workshop)

This workshop is an introduction to releasing and working with your Fascia/connective tissue.  It will aid in recognizing physical patterns of holding in your body.  

 In order to release tension and stress in the muscles and connective tissue, we will discuss and target major areas of the body using:

• Fascial Release and Fascial Stretching

  • yoga & yoga therapeutic essentials

• ball & roller therapeutics

• stretching & massage

• conditioning movements

• breath work

Fascial Release & Yoga Workshops in Coldwater, ON (4-Hour Workshop)

This workshop is an introduction to releasing and working with your Fascia/connective tissue.  It will aid in recognizing physical patterns of holding in your body.  

 In order to release tension and stress in the muscles and connective tissue, we will discuss and target major areas of the body using yoga and yoga therapeutic essentials; ball and roller therapeutics, stretching and massage, conditioning movements and breath work.

When: Saturday August 24, 2019 - 9 am - 1 pm

Location: Mel & Anth’s Studio, 21 Trillium Trail, Coldwater, ON L0K 1E0

Cost: $80 +HST

Introduction to Psoas Muscle (2-hour Workshop)

The Psoas is a deep instinctual muscle that holds tension, stress, and activates during our “fight or flight” response. It is considered our main hip flexor but is so much more. In our activated, on-th-go lives, it is in constant “on” mode keeping us safe. Learn about this instinctual muscle and how to stretch and release it through yoga, therapeutic essentials, and energetics both physical and emotional.

When: Saturday August 24, 2019 - 3pm - 5pm
