This workshop is an introduction to releasing and working with your Fascial/connective tissue.  It will aid in recognizing physical patterns of holding in your body.

Psoas Release Workshop: Understanding Your Psoas & it’s Role in Trauma in Charlottetown, PEI

Introduction to Psoas Release (2-Hour workshop)

The Psoas is a deep instinctual muscle that holds tension, stress, and activates during our “fight or flight” response. It is considered our main hip flexor but is so much more. In our activated, on-the-go lives, it is in constant “on” mode keeping us safe. It is believed that the Psoas carries all of our Trauma and it needs to be released to heal. Learn about this instinctual muscle and how to release, stretch and strengthen it through yoga, therapeutic essentials, fascial release and energetics (physical and emotional).
